Nomos Expert Reports LLP is a company providing an independent psychiatric medicolegal opinion service.
Personal information that may be disclosed to Nomos Expert Reports LLP may include information in relation to: name, address, date of birth.
In addition, personal information relating to the assessment of the injury/medical issue(s) suffered by an individual may also be disclosed to us. Any personal information disclosed to us will be used in the management of the relevant individual's claim. It will be disclosed to a third party as instructed, for example to the medical expert(s) instructed in the case.
Nomos Expert Reports LLP will only ask for information relating to the relevant individual's claim/query.
Nomos Expert Reports LLP will keep all personal information confidential and will take suitable steps to protect the personal information it holds from loss or theft.
The personal data held by us will be held on based cloud storage compliant with GDPR regulations.
No third parties will have access to personal information held by Nomos Expert Reports LLP unless it is required as part of an individual's claim/query.
We are required under the UK law to keep information for a minimum of 7 years or until the conclusion of a case, at which time the information we hold, both paper and electronic, will be destroyed.
In some instances we are required to keep information indefinitely, if for example ordered by the court, but if this is the case, we will inform you.
