Dr Andrew Molodynski is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of NHS experience across inpatient and community settings.
He is registered as a specialist in General Adult, Old Age, and Rehabilitation Psychiatry, with a broad clinical background covering a wide range of psychiatric conditions and presentations.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Molodynski is a widely published author with over 100 peer-reviewed papers, multiple book chapters, and two books. His academic work focuses particularly on the organisation of mental health services, patient outcomes, and the well-being of healthcare staff.
Dr Molodynski has held senior leadership roles in both the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the British Medical Association, where he served as the national mental health policy lead for a decade. He is currently Secretary-General of the World Association of Social Psychiatry, reflecting his long-standing interest in improving mental health systems and outcomes on a global scale.
Since joining Nomos, Dr Molodynski has focused exclusively on medico-legal work, providing expert psychiatric assessments for personal injury claims and complex reviews of mental health care. He works closely with instructing parties to deliver a responsive, clear, and reliable service tailored to the needs of each case.
